New York City’s longest running weekly psytrance event is back at Sullivan Room for yet another action-packed evening.
lineup for the night will include:
SKOOCHA (UKSL / Parabola Records)
Skoocha is one of the may aliases of French/Spanish Musician & Producer Benoit Munoz. He discovered Trance in 1995 while visiting friends in Amsterdam when somebody gave him the first Dragonfly compilation. From there there was no turning back and he knew music would be his life. Now a busy music producer and musician in NY since 2003. Skoocha still finds time to craft Trance tracks that will blend the emotions of the oldschool goatrance that started all this with the power of the actual production and the Funk of NY ! Over the years he has worked released tracks with Manmademan (UKSL / Flying Rhino) Biotonic (Solstice ) Earworm (3d Vision) Mesmerizer (MindControl). His music has been played extensively over the world by dj’s like Domino and the mighty Juno Reactor. His long awaited 1st album that will contain many unreleased tracks as well as remixes of the old ones is due this winter on Parabola Records (Germany). It will be the 2nd release of this new label after the Talamasca Vs XSI Album.
Expect a set that combines old and new tracks as well as some new collaborations.
Also, we’ll be celebrating Skoocha’s birthday!

in meinen aufschrieben heißt es einmal: “Im Gas können sich die Teilchen völlig frei bewegen. Methan z.B. kann keine H-Brücken ausbilden. Es gibt auch kein festes Netzwerk zwischen allen Atomen, wie bei NaCl. Die einzigen Kräfte, die wirken können sind die v.d.Waals-Kräfte; also Dipol-Dipol-Wechselwirkungen.”
…… und ein anderes Mal steht: “Die Van.d.W.Kräfte wirken auch nur, wenn die Moleküle einander sehr nahe kommen, etwa in Flüssigkeiten”
—> aber in gasigen Stoffen kommen sich die Moleküle ja nicht so sehr Nahe oder weil sie sich ja frei bewegen können! widerspricht sich doch total??! Bitte echt um Hilfe!! Danke
wäre dieser Aufschrieb so also falsch???? kann man nicht fest sagen wo sie am häufigsten auftreten?? 
können die Van-der-Waals-Kräfte in gasförmigen, flüssigen und festem Aggregatzustand wirken, aber Feststoffen wie z.B. NaCl sind fest und haben eine starre Form, und somit sind die Moleküle an einen festen Platz gebunden und wirken hier nicht sonderlich, auch weil andere Effekte überwiegen wie z.B. Ionenbindungen.
Auch in Flüssigkeiten haben die Van-der-Waals-Kräfte nicht die größte Bedeutung, auch wenn sie sich hier sehr Nahe kommen, doch im flüssig Aggregatzustand gibt es sehr viele Wasserstoffbrückenbindungen.

van der waals kräfte sind sehr schwach. deshalb wirken sie nur im nahbeeich. in gasen kommen sich teile sehr nahe sie kollidieren miteinander

PSYCHEGROUND get’s ready for halloween with a special progressive / fullon night featuring special dj sets by:
NOMOLOS (Zenon Records, Australia/Israel)
Currently based in NYC, is the Zenon Records representation in Israel. He specializes in the Zenon style of dark mystical minimal to grinding, experimental progressive. Some of his favorite acts include Krumleur, Sensient, Cujorius One, Mantik, Opsis and Igneous Sauria to name a few.
He has performed in the UK, Australia, India and of course Israel, supporting many fine acts including Sun Control Species, Perfect Stranger, Ticon, Pena, Koxbox, Hujaboy and many more.
Lately Nomolos has been exploring Dubstep, and the more abstract sides of the Minimal Techno world and is incorporating these fresh sounds in to his DJ sets
enhancing these deep musical journeys.
